At this time of year, all I want to do is be in the kitchen baking everything Pumpkin and this is one of my all-time favorite recipes.
This Pumpkin Spice Cookie recipe is the EASIEST, most delicious recipe you’ll find.
All you need is:
1 box of Spice Cake Mix
1 can of Pumpkin (14 ounces)
1/2 bag of mini chocolate chips
Simply mix ingredients together, plop onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
And just like that, you’ll have straight Fall bliss right in your mouth!
