MY FAVORITE COSTCO FINDS

When my friend Sarah texted me the other day asking what some of my favorite things at Costco were, she had the brilliant idea of me doing a post so that we can hear what YOUR favorite things are too!
Everyone can always benefit from seeing other people’s favorites, right?
Be sure to comment your favorites because we want to hear.

(prices/items may vary by location)
1. 3 Seed Sweet Potato Crackers
 ($7.99)
These are my number ONE favorite thing at Costco right now!! I seriously go through one of these boxes (two bags inside) a WEEK.
I eat the crackers with cheese, hummus, salsa.. anything!
2. Rotisserie Chicken
($11.99)
Yes, this picture is a little scary if you’re not a fan of meat (haha) but this stuff is INCREDIBLE. It is already shredded so you can do so many easy things with it for dinner.
3. Asian Cashew Chopped Salad
($3.99)
This is soo easy for any lunch or dinner. Mix all the ingredients together and you’re done.
4. Basil Pesto
($7.99)
This basil pesto is probably my favorite around. However it goes bad pretty quickly. Make sure if you don’t have a big family to freeze half of it to ensure it’s not all wasted!
5. Curry & Vindaloo
($13.49)
Whip up some rice, warm up some a container of this and you have dinner! Costco also has great Naan bread to pair it with.
6. BelGioioso Mozzarella
($7.49)
Lets be honest, the entire cheese section at Costco is pretty amazing but I’d have to say that this is some of the best mozzarella cheese around. We make Caprese salads with it all the time.
7. Kirkland Asiago Cheese
($9.99  per pound)
This cheese = life. It’s pretty pricey so we only get it now and then but if you ever have a recipe you need Asiago cheese for.. get this!
8. Organic Hope Spicy Avocado Hummus
($5.99)
If you like spicier things, this hummus is for you! Pair it with any veggies, crackers or on a sandwich.
9. Sabra Pineapple Salsa
($5.39)
This salsa lasts a long time and is super sweet. Pair it with those 3 seed crackers!
10. Kirkland Chicken Tenderloins
($16.39)
This chicken is for sure a staple in our home. Will thaws it when he gets home from school and then I put it on the grill and it’s cooked within minutes. They are smaller pieces of chicken so they cook quick and are super moist.
11. Sambazon Acai Berry Juice
($8.89)
If you’re a fan of Acai Bowls go buy this! You can make your own acai bowls at home with some ice cubes, frozen fruit, flax seed etc.
12. Dave’s Killer Bread
($6.69)
If you’re on the hunt for a healthy bread look no further.
13. Mark Avenue Dark Chocolate Covered Coconut Almonds
($9.69)
These are pretty expensive but they last FOREVER. I love munching on these if I want something sweet.
14. Kodiak Cakes
Will and I made some Kodiak cakes the other day for the first time and loved them. They are packed with protein (obviously) and pair great with bananas, peanut butter etc.
15. TruRoots Quinoa
Pricey as well. But lasts forever! I also like putting chicken stock in my quinoa for flavor.
16. Brookside Chocolates
($7.99)
These chocolates are SO GOOD. If you’re a fan of dark chocolate just get in your car right now and drive to Costco.
17. Kirkland Almond Butter
After comparing prices at Trader Joe’s, Target etc. this almond butter at Costco is by far the best value around. The jars are HUGE and last forever. And it’s an almond butter that actually tastes good. Some of them can be so bland!
18. Rana Butternut Squash
($7.79)
So perfect and easy for a fall dinner. I made some last week and just added some olive oil and parmesan cheese and loved it.
19. Rotisserie Chicken
($5)
Fun fact: did you know that Costco actually loses money from their rotisserie chickens but it gets people in the door so they haven’t raised their prices on them?
They are great to shred and save for later too.

20. Quinoa Salad
(~$11)
This quinoa salad is so perfect to keep in your fridge for lunches or a side for dinner.
21. Kirkland Chicken Tortilla Soup
EASIEST dinner. Warm some up, add some avocado and cheese and you’re done.
22. Veggie Patty
I tried going vegetarian for like a day and bought these and loved them! Will even likes them and we still eat them… even though we love meat very much.
23. Somersaults
Okay these were my impulse buy at the register this week and I do NOT like them. If anyone wants them hit me up lol.
Okay now comment your favorites!
Can’t wait to hear them.
