Oh man. This might be my favorite blog post to date!
Lake Como was easily one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever been. I wish I had the time (or desire) to gracefully put all of these photos in an aesthetically pleasing order but I don’t so here’s just a bunch of them! This was truly a fairytale land.
Will came to Lake Como about ten years ago on a family trip and has since then been his favorite place. He was so excited to bring me here!
One afternoon we just read books on a bench in the shade overlooking the water. It was so peaceful with no phone service and zero cares in the world. We each took turns dozing off taking naps and it was a calmness I really needed. Easily my favorite memory of the entire trip.
I will admit, I was so stressed about spending the extra money to fly into Italy since our flight went into London and out of Paris but coming here was worth EVERY penny. We talk about it every day and already want to go back asap!

Also, I receive a lot of emails/DM’s of people asking about my job so it may be easiest to state this here. No, my blog is NOT full-time and I never intend it to become that. I have ads and affiliate links (and I 100% appreciate the support I receive) but my blog isn’t in a big enough state that Will and I could live off it. This whole blog thing is purely a hobby of mine. I’ve always loved taking pictures and editing them and this is the perfect outlet for me.
We both 40+ a week at our jobs and enjoy providing for ourselves that way. I love my career and have no plans to stop that anytime soon 🙂
