- Nursing-friendly pajamas – Lake Pajamas are obviously on the more expensive side but I love them SO much.

- Phone Chargers – longer cords are key!
- Comfy shoes – I always love wearing a good slipper/slide when I’m walking around the hospital
- Fuzzy socks – can’t have your toes go cold!
- Pillows – this is definitely a more high-maintenance item but the hospital pillows kind of suck haha
- Frida Mom Delivery/Nursing Gown – I bought one of these for this time around and am super excited to use it!
- Dermoplast – the hospital will have this on hand but buy it so it’s ready for you when you get home too!
- Haakaa Breast Pump – these are great to help catch your letdown.
- Nursing Bra – let the engorgement begin 😩 I think it’s more painful than actual labor haha

- Boppy Pillow – good to bring to lay baby on while you get the hang of nursing
- Outfit to take baby home in (the hat 🥹) – don’t forget to bring baby a little outfit!
- Tucks Medicated Cooling Pads – the hospital will have these too but buy them so you’ll have them at home too!

- Frida Mom Labor + Delivery Postpartum Kit – I think this kit would be PERFECT to just buy it all together.
- Baby swaddle – love a good swaddle for the baby too. Why are the hospitals so itchy?!
Here are some more ideas!
- Sleeping mask – the nurses walk in every two minutes I swear! You might sleep better with some darkness.

- Camera!
- Outfit for YOU to go home in.
I hope that helps some of you! Those hospital days can be the absolute BEST days of your life. Enjoy!
