I will never forget it… One day last year, during one of my high risk ultrasounds, I was feeling particularly anxious. The gravity of the situation at hand was feeling daunting and overwhelming. I felt like I couldn’t function anymore. During the scan, I looked up at the screen and suddenly our Ruby girl gave us a thumbs up. I know it may seem little, but it put a smile on my face! In the moment I felt like she was letting us know everything was going to be okay…
