WE ARE HAVING A BABY! I seriously still can’t believe it. These past couple months have…

October 2nd is a day that will be etched in my mind the rest of my life.

One year ago from this morning, I walked into my high risk fetal appointment while 17 weeks along to ensure everything was going smoothly with the twins. After two hours of scanning, a doctor came in and told me our Baby B (Ruby!) had a growth restriction in the womb and had a slim chance of survival. My stomach dropped and I immediately called Will in tears telling him to run down to the hospital. Our world had turned upside down in minutes.

We held each other and cried as we talked through all of the options and scenarios. At our next appointment 3 days later, we decided we were going to fight for these girls and look where we are now.. I wish I could’ve shown myself these pictures a year ago. We did it. I’ll never understand why we received such miracles but I’ll never take them for granted. My miracle girls 🤍

Minnesota! The perfect place to spend Labor Day weekend. We went to the state fair, a Twins Game, spent a day out on Lake Minnetonka and had so much quality family time with the Gochnour’s! We miss Wills parents so much but loved seeing their new home.

I had the best time doing this bathroom! It is our “pool bathroom” so I opted for more storage instead of the other sink and love it so much. It took me about it a year to do (of course) but it’s finally done!
