Paris!

Paris // Willivia

Paris with my love was almost indescribable. For some reason, I’ve been itching to go to Paris for the longest time so I feel that we ended the trip on the perfect note. We were able to see everything we wanted to and more and ate more croissants and baguettes than I’d like to admit.

Since we adore Monet, a lot of our trip was centered around seeing his pieces at The Orangerie and Musee d’Orsay etc. Such a special treat seeing it in person!

Degas is a close second! I love how much he loved dancers.

If you are a Monet fan, put Giverny on your bucket list! Seeing his home was beyond words. It was the most darling little quaint town.

To be honest, I always thought macarons were some trendy treat… until I tried them in NYC this past December. Now I am hooked! Luckily Will is hooked too so we would splurge and get a giant pistachio one at Laduree once a day. They are TOO good. Sorry for hatin’ on you, trendy treat!

This restaurant is above is a MUST DO! Will has “ordering anxiety” when we go to restaurants (kidding.. but it really does stress him out) so he LOVED this one. They literally have only one option. Steak and fries. That’s IT. We loved it. Super fun experience!

When we went to Versailles we walked up to the new LDS Paris Temple. It was so beautiful! President Eyring was actually inside the temple at the time doing the final inspection to dedicate it. We were so sad we couldn’t go inside.

Until next time, Paris!

Love,
