Peach Burrata Salad

Peach Burrata Salad Recipe

I figured typing out a “recipe” here might be the easiest for reference!

And you probably know by now, I am an “eye-ball” type of gal so if you want specifics, I am sure there are so many other recipes online!

But here is what I like to do:

Spinach (although a base is totally optional. Would be just as good without it!)

Burrata (Trader Joe’s has really good burrata!)

Peaches (Love Tagge’s Fruit if you’re local in Utah!)

Proscuitto (I will put it on a cookie sheet and bake it for a bit so it’s crispy!)

Sourdough bread croutons (I will slice it and then cut it up into cubes and pour olive oil and salt + pepper all over, put it on a cookie sheet and in the oven at 400º for 10-15 minute for homemade croutons. This is a game-changer!)

Fresh basil on top

Sea salt and pepper

Dressing options (Honestly my favorite way to eat it is with the balsamic glaze from Trader Joe’s! Add a little bit of olive oil too.. yum!)

Enjoy!
